FAQ

How often do you restock? How will I know you've restocked?
My goal is to keep the store fully stocked! If an item is out of stock, I'll let you know when it becomes available via social media/site.

How long will it take to receive my order?
Domestic orders take anywhere from 5 to 10 business days to ship depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 4 weeks. Any order that includes a preorder will ship several weeks after the end of the preorder period. Check back for updates on the status of specific preorder items.

If you do not receive a tracking number within 2 weeks of your purchase, feel free to contact the shipping warehouse directly--there should be an customer service email in your receipt.

I left a note on my order, can you see those? 
I don't get notifications, so if you have a specific request, it's best to send an email before you place your order.

What is this store's return and exchange policy? 
We'll gladly refund you and/or reship your order if there is a mistake or if your order was damaged. You should also get every item you purchased. We can not do exchanges for different items or sizes. Please review your orders carefully.

Can I download Check, Please! Year One online? What about the Huddle zines?
